How do utilities work at Parkview Towers?

Water, sewer and electric are billed through RUBS, which divides the building’s bills among apartments using a formula, so you have one line on your statement instead of separate utility accounts. Gas is a flat monthly fee: $60 for studios and one-bedrooms, $70 for two-bedrooms and $80 for three-bedrooms. Trash is $9 a month.

Where do I park?

• Surface lot: currently free and unreserved.
• Garage: $50 a month. Ask about current garage parking specials.
• Electric car chargers are available on site.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes. Parkview Towers welcomes up to two pets (two cats, two dogs, or one of each), with dogs up to 50 pounds each. Breed and weight restrictions apply. Fees are per pet: $500 one time and $50 a month. New Jersey also requires every dog seven months and older to have a town dog license. What’s on site for residents?

• A resort-style pool and sundeck, open Memorial Day through Labor Day from 12:30 to 7:30 PM (weekends only until local schools let out, then every day). A lifeguard is on duty.

• Elevators in all four towers

How do I request maintenance?

Parkview Towers has 24/7 emergency maintenance service. For everyday requests, contact the leasing office. Current residents can also reach the resident portal from the Residents link at the top of our website. Some of our maintenance technicians speak Spanish.
